We will advertise your property in local publications and online
We will post your rental property on our website
We will list your property for rent in the Atlantic County MLS system
We will list your property for rent in the Cape May County MLS system
We will display a flyer of your property in our office window
We offer property enhancement services such as cleaning, decorating and staging a property
We will place a “For Rent” sign on your property
We will show your property for rent and screen tenants
We will place a lockbox on the property for ease of showing
We will cooperate with other Real Estate agencies to secure the best tenant
We will do a credit check and criminal background check for each potential tenant
We will allow you, the owner to have the final approval of the tenant
We will prepare the lease for residential properties
Our fee for all of this is the first month rent upon acceptance of the lease
We will handle the security deposit account
We will arrange for the Certificate of Occupancy, Rental License, Certificate of Smoke Detector Compliance and other related Municipal Inspections.
We offer additional ongoing property management services including rent collection and distribution, property maintenance, etc. for a monthly fee of 10%.
